Pre Retreat

Once booked onto a wellness escape you will be sent the pre escape plan to ensure you get the most from your escape & so we can prepare the escape for your needs.

Day 1 : Check In

You will be collected from the airport by the retreat team to the villa with time to settle and unpack. You will be given some light refreshments to welcome you. Once everybody has been checked in there will be a welcome chat & evening yoga session to set the tone of the escape followed by a welcome dinner.
